Physical Therapy
Physical Therapists (PT) and PT assistants will work with patients to improve gross motor skills such as strength, mobility, range of motion and functional abilities.
Physical therapy is commonly used for the following types of conditions:

Occupational Therapy

Speech Therapy
Speech Therapist (ST) will work with patients to provide life-changing treatment, support, and care for adults who have difficulties with the following:

Common diagnosis indicating a need for speech therapy may include:

Certified Home Health Aid
Our Certified Home Health Aides provide one-on-one care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Home Health Aids can assist with the following
